What forms of payment do you accept?

Can I place an international order?
All credit card transactions are charged in the currency displayed on the site. (HRCI is not responsible for variations in exchange rates or additional banking fees.)

How do I update my email address?

Can I take the courses on my iPad or tablet?
Yes. Courses can be taken on all iPads and tablets. Keep in mind that layouts, scrolling or displays may vary depending on the device being used.

Can I take the course on my iPhone or smartphone?
Yes, our courses are fully HTML5 compatible which means you can experience the course content on your smartphone.

Is internet access required?
Yes, an internet connection is required to log in and view your online course. All courses offer a range of multimedia features, and we recommend that you have a strong broadband or network connection for the optimal experience.

What browsers are supported?
We support the current and the previous major release of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft browsers. This includes Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer. Each time a new browser version is released, we begin supporting that version and stop supporting the third most recent version.

What mobile browsers are supported?
Current and previous Android and IOS versions.

How can I troubleshoot audio or video issues inside my course?
Check your internet connection, reset your internet connection if necessary, clear your cache, and update your browser or try another browser. Additionally, check your speaker/headphone connection and your audio system preferences.

When can I take my courses?
Your online courses are available around the clock. You can sign in at any time, day or night, and take your course.

How long can I access my course or Learning Plan?
Courses can be accessed for up to 180 days, from the date of purchase.

Where can I find my certificate of completion for a course?
Once you complete a course, you can view your certificate of completion inside the course navigation. For a Learning Plan, your certificate will be available once all courses have been completed on your Learner Dashboard.

Can I get an extension on a course?
If you need additional time to complete a course, you will receive an email notification prior to the course expiration date, to purchase an extension. Please follow the instructions in the email to complete the transaction for your extension. If you have additional questions, contact us at info@hrci.org for assistance.

What is the refund policy on a course?
If you are unhappy with your course, you can inquire about a refund within: • 10 business days; AND • If less than 10% of the course has been completed. Refund requests can be sent to info@hrci.org. *Please note that HRCI practice exams are non-refundable and are not part of this policy.
